LODGE CENTER CUT FILET & GRILLED SHRIMP
A thick, tender seasoned filet cut straight from the tenderloin, cooked to order and paired with eight succulent shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices, grilled and served on two skewers with a side of cilantro ranch dipping sauce.
A half chicken, rubbed with spices and spit-roasted on the Lodge rotisserie until golden brown and paired with a half rack of our slowly cooked ribs in our sweet hickory BBQ sauce.
